• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Wholesale Orders, Pricing, & Metal Weight Policies

As a wholesale gold jewelry firm, the following specific terms apply to order placement:

• Order Details: Orders placed via the app must define custom details, including Net Weight, Gross Weight, quantity, and design references. Artisans are assigned to manufacturing tasks based on the linked product profile.
• Weight Discrepancy: Due to the handcrafted nature of luxury jewelry, final net/gross weights may vary slightly from estimated values. The final pricing invoice will reflect the exact weights verified post-manufacture.
• Market Fluctuations: Gold rates fluctuate daily. Billing calculations will adhere to the agreed rate structures (e.g. rate on the day of order placement, or dispatch, depending on individual client contracts).

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use our systems for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the website or app to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the website or application.
• Using our custom order system to upload malicious files, copyright-infringing images, or inappropriate content.
• Falsifying identity, credentials, or submitting fake orders that disrupt our artisan workflows.

6. App Store License (Google Play Store)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the BLJ Jewels App on devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with this license and the terms of service of the platform from which you downloaded it (e.g., Google Play Store).

7. System Modifications and Availability

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the website or mobile application at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the website or application.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
